Product prices are displayed on the Website.
9.2
Prices may change based on availability, suppliers, publishers, promotions, market conditions, currencies, taxes, or other commercial factors.
9.3
We may change prices at any time before an Order is confirmed.
A price change will not normally affect an Order for which a Contract has already been formed.
9.4
We may correct obvious pricing, typographical, technical, or display errors.
Where an obvious pricing error affects an Order, we may contact you to offer the correct price or cancel and refund the affected Order where permitted by law.
9.5
Promotional discounts, bundles, and codes may be subject to additional conditions.
10. Digital Delivery
10.1

Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the nature of the Product, whether digital delivery has commenced, whether a Digital Key has been revealed or supplied, and applicable consumer law.
13.2
Where permitted by applicable law, when you expressly request or consent to immediate supply of digital content during an applicable cancellation period and acknowledge that your cancellation right may be lost once supply begins, your statutory right to cancel may cease when the relevant legal requirements are satisfied.

c) a Digital Key verified as invalid or defective;
d) an incorrect Product supplied by us;
e) an unauthorised transaction following appropriate verification;

c) your device does not meet disclosed system requirements;
d) you purchased a Product with disclosed regional restrictions incompatible with your location;
e) you changed your mind after a Digital Key was supplied or revealed,
except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
