Question 1

Are the keys official?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every key comes from a licensed distributor. We do not sell shared accounts, gifts of unknown origin or keys from grey resellers.

Question 2

What can I buy here?

Accepted Answer

Activation keys for games, DLC, software and gift cards on Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Epic Games, GOG, EA app, Ubisoft Connect, Battle.net and more. The product page always names the platform.

Question 3

Do you sell pre-orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pre-orders carry a badge with the release date. The key reaches your account when the game is released, not at the moment of purchase.

Question 4

How fast will I get my key?

Accepted Answer

Usually within minutes of payment. We buy the key from the distributor the moment your payment clears, and it appears in Orders & keys in your account. Pre-orders arrive on release day.

Question 5

Where do I find my key?

Accepted Answer

In your account, under Orders & keys. Keys stay hidden until you click Reveal key. We email you when the keys are ready, but the key itself is never sent by email.

Question 6

My order says Needs attention. What now?

Accepted Answer

It means the distributor could not deliver the key right away. Our support team picks it up and resolves it: you get the key or a refund. You do not need to do anything, but you can write to us with the order number.

Question 7

How do I activate a key?

Accepted Answer

Steam: Games, then Activate a Product on Steam, or the Activate on Steam link next to the key. PlayStation: Redeem code on the console or PlayStation Store. Xbox: redeem.microsoft.com or Redeem a code in Microsoft Store. Epic Games: Redeem Code in the launcher profile menu. Each product page also has its own activation notes.

Question 8

What is a region lock?

Accepted Answer

Some keys only activate in certain regions, such as Europe. The region is shown next to the price on every product page (for example REGION FREE or EUROPE). Please check it matches your account before you buy.

Question 9

My key does not work. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Write to support from the Contact page and include your order number (it looks like 1789571071-4YKXTA) and a screenshot of the error. We check it with the distributor and help you get it working or replaced.

Question 10

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

By card (Visa, Mastercard) on the payment provider's protected page, with 3-D Secure. We never see or store your full card number.

Question 11

Can I see prices in my currency?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pick a currency in the header and prices are shown in it at today's rate. Payment is always charged in euros: checkout shows the exact euro amount before you pay.

Question 12

Do I need an account to buy?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your cart, orders and keys live in your account, so you can find your keys again at any time. You can save favorites without an account; they move to your account when you sign in.

Question 13

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes, while no key of the order has been revealed and less than 24 hours have passed since delivery. Ask support from the Contact page with your order number.

Question 14

I already revealed the key. Can I still return it?

Accepted Answer

Revealing any key closes the refund window for that order, because the distributor cannot tell whether a key was seen. If the key is faulty, contact support: your statutory rights still apply.
